how are others able to read my blog without me paying for a 'domain'? or arent they?

  I am trying to find out what exactly a person has to type in in order to be able to read or follow my blog? Even I cant find it when I type in my ‘title’ so how can anyone else- unless they sign in as me?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
