How are outbound clicks tracked?

  I was testing the stats page on how outbound clicks are displayed. I have links on my site to other sites and nothing is being recorded.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  As the blog is private and no one has access to any links in it except you I’m not clear on why you are asking this question.
