How are people liking my posts seconds after I post it??

  Seconds after I post a blog post, someone likes it or starts following me. It’s awesome, but how are they seeing it so quickly? Where is my post showing up that makes it so visible so fast? I’d like to be able to do the same for other bloggers, but I’ve never figured that out!
