How best to change the default font on my blog?

  Is there a quick way to change the font on all of my posts? I am happy with the freshy theme except for its default font. Is it a case of going into each post?

  Yes – unless you buy the CSS upgrade and know what to do with it.

  If I upgraded is it easy to do? I have some knowledge of tags and html.
