How ca i import posts or comments from another system to WordPress?

  How can i import to wordpress.com from another system that wordpress doesn’t has on it’s list(list that contains blogger, live journal etc.)?

  Please only post once on the same issue. It wastes everybody’s time to post more than once.

  The best advice I have is to export as xml, ie subscribe to your feed and post that. You can import an XML file here at WP.com. Always be sure to delete all your spam first, otherwise the file is too large.

  Have you checked the FAQ for suggestions?

  Yes i checked the FAQ yesterday, but i haven’t fond anything to help me, that is why i posted this question, hoping to find a solution.

  If you email the people who hosted your blog, they may be able to give you an export format. That would be your best bet if you don’t like the XML one.

  after i uploaded the xml file to wp.com a page with the message “All done! Have Fun!” appears, the “Have fun” si linked to my wordpress blog site but nothing happens nu posts imported. i don’t know what else to do!
