How can a follower re-subscribe

One of my blog subscribers used to get email notifications when a new post published. She did not receive any notification for the last two posts. What should I advise? Her email is unchanged. Carol Driscoll

Has she tried unsubscribing with the link provided in the last notification she received and then going to your site and resubscribing?
If she is receiving notifications of new posts by email (as opposed to reading them in the WPcom Reader), it would also be a good idea to whitelist the notification email address.

Thank you Jennifer. My subscriber, Faith, was receiving email notifications, as are all the subscribers. She no longer has her last notification. Should she just try to re-subscribe, or will WP advise that she’s already a subscriber. A similar problem occurred with another subscriber, who is a Word Press user. Faith does not use Word Press. If, as you say, she does not have a WordPress.com account, she might try this page https://subscribe.wordpress.com/ There she can enter her email address and manage her current WPcom subscriptions. (You won’t see what she’s seeing unless you log out or open the link in a private/incognito window)
Anyone who is a WPcom user can unsubscribe directly in their Reader while logged in, even if they are receiving your posts by email. https://wordpress.com/following/edit/
Once they’ve unsubscribed, they can visit your site and resubscribe.
