How can a gallery be placed at the bottom of the page (theme spun)?
-
Hello everyone!
I have some single pictures and a text on top of the post. When I add a gallery, the gallery automatically is placed on the top and my previous pictures go to the bottom. What can I do to locate the gallery to the bottom? Thank you very much for help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there. The gallery should appear where you insert it, as far as I know.
Can you please let us know whether you’re using the new editor (says Beeb beeb boop when you start it) or the classic editor (Posts ->Add New in the dashboard).
Can you also let us know if you’re inserting the gallery by typing in the shortcode, or if you’re clicking on Add Media ->Create gallery.

Hello Kokkieh
I tried both: “create gallery” and typing in the short code. I guess I’m using the classic editor with no beeb beeb boop. I also tried do insert 2 different galleries in one post but that does not work either. There is just one gallery always visible and this one goes automatically to the top.

Thanks for giving that extra information. I don’t know what could be causing this, so I’m tagging it for staff to follow up. Another volunteer might answer in the meantime, but otherwise please be patient while waiting for staff to respond.

I also notice the URL you posted above leads to a deleted blog. Can you please provide the URL for the blog where you’re having this problem? Please post it as an active link starting with http://

Hi there,
Are you talking about your Private Portfolio page? It looks like you added a Featured Image which will insert at the top. If you no longer want that, please remove the featured image from the post and you should be set.
Let me know if you have any questions with this!

Hello
The featured image should actually stay. I would like to insert 2 galleries on my private portfolio post. One shall be below “projects as a pattern maker” and one below “projects as a seamstress”. In my dashboard it looks fine. However, at the actual post it does not. By mistake, there is one gallery on top and one not even is visible. What can I do? I would like to keep the featured image. Thank you for help!

Hi there,
We’ve released a fix for the bug you’ve reported. A gallery post now also displays multiple galleries. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Thanks.
