How can a user POST a topic on my Blog ?
-
I was wondering how a person can POST a post to my Blog…The way it is currently set up the only way they can interact is to leave a reply or comment. I would like my readers to Post a Question for me…. thanks

http://texasbestalarms.com/alarm-blog/ is not a WordPress.COM blog, and we will not be able to help you with that.
Are you talking about http://factsorfiction.wordpress.com/ instead? That IS a WordPress.com blog, and we CAN help you with that.

no I’m so new to this. I though I had a wordpress blog. I guess its wordpress.org. What is the difference? Its word press isnt it? My web developer advised me if I had any questions to ask on the blog. I thought I was doing it. This is rotten.

I developed the blog from Word Press, and its used as a plug in to my web site… When I make administrative changes to the blog, I am using a word press based dashboard ..
here is what it says :
Welcome to your new WordPress site!
J:If you need help getting started, check out our documentation on First Steps with WordPress. If you’d rather dive right in, here are a few things most people do first when they set up a new WordPress site. If you need help, use the Help tabs in the
upper right corner to get information on how to use your current screen and where to go for more assistance. -
That is not a WordPress.COM blog. That is a WordPress.ORG blog. You need to be at http://wordpress.org/forums for help. They are two related, yet different, kinds of WordPress.

Also, your consultant needs to take better care of you. At the very minimum he should have given you a link to their forums.
I’m not supposed to answer .org questions here, but i can say what you want is possible there, but not possible here without an upgrade that costs about a thousand dollars a MONTH.
