How can add anything in the template?

  I cant add a thing in the template. I watn to add a calendar and one hitcounter, but i don’t know how to open the template.

  You can’t edit the templates.

  So… can anybody do something abput the calendar and other suff? The admins?

  If the admins edited everyone’s template on request they would never get a chance to do anything else. If adding things to your template is really important to you, you are better off setting up your own wordpress install on another host.
