How can an individual sign up for feeds from my blog

  I am new to blogging so please be understanding of this question. How does an individual sign up to receive a notice or something when I post to my blog? Do they do this through the RSS feed? From what I am reading this looks more like a blog to blog feed.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  There should be an orange button on the upper right side of your blog. It says
  Feeds: Posts Comments . If the individual wants to subscribe to your posts, they click the button in front of posts. It is helpful to use an RSS reader when you are following a lot of blogs. I like Google Reader.

  Yes, they do this via the RSS feed. Many themes have the button built in, or you can use one of the RSS widgets.

  Thanks for this, I was wondering how it worked as well. I have put a RSS widget n my blog already and also an ‘add this button’ http://www.addthis.com/web-button-select
