How can another blog admin manage our blog's upgrade renewals?

  I created the blog but I want the other administrator to handle upgrades and paying for our annual WordPress.com Premium plan. But he is not allowed to pay for this when he’s logged in.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Ah – I figured it out. Had to transfer blog ownership to the other user. Then re-add myself as an admin.
