How can anyone like my blog without having a website in wordpress?

  Hi there,

  Only WordPress.com users can like your posts.
  It’s like Facebook Likes. You have to have a Facebook account to like someone’s posts :)

  Actually, anyone with a gravatar account who is logged in can click the like button on your posts.
