how can completely take off liveuptoyournametv.com off when visiting my blog?

  I have a blog through wordpress which was under a domain called liveuptoyournametv.com but I no longer want to use that domain for it ..i already paid for my new domain mconthemic.com to show up but when you visit the site liveuptoyournametv.com is still showing up.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
