How can contributors post photos and images?

Hello,
I recently added myself as a contributor to my blog to trial what the capabilities are. When I went to write a new post as a contributor the media options were not there so I could not include a photo in the post.
How do I make it so contributors to my blog can add media to their posts.Thank-you!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

So there is no way to give a user the ability to post media but not to publish it without review? -
Well, you can have the contributors provide a link to the media they want to include in a post, then you as an administrator could post for them. Otherwise, no.

Not having used this feature, I’m uncertain about how it actually works. I think if you want the contributor’s name to appear on the posts, you would publish the post with links, then go in as admin to edit the links to media. But maybe not.
