how can everyon get email notification of all comments?

  Is there a way that all users can get email notification of all comments (as well as new posts) not just the author who checks a box. So whenever a comment is made for any post it also gets notifications sent out.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  All users would have to Subscribe to the comments. You can’t default set this.

  do all users have to subscribe to each post to get the comments or can they subscribe so they get all comments from all posts all the time? Thanks, Dave

  If they subscribe they subscribe to the comments feed then they can get all comments.
