How can followers receive an email notice when I post something new?

  How do I allow people to sign up with their email address to receive my new posts?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You will need to add the Follow Blog widget. In your dashboard, you can find it under Appearance->Widgets->Follow Blog
