How can go back to a previous theme on my blog ?

  I have changed the theme on oafmalta.wordpress.com by mistake and I would like to go back to the told one.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It looks like you got this sorted out, as the theme which your blog is currently set at is the theme which you had previously. Let me know if you still need some help with this!
