  3 Questions …
  1 – Can I hide the author in a post (I’m doing this for a client and I don’t want Come Into My Garden to show on Lakewood 400.
  2 – Can I add copy on the right bar such as show dates and hours?
  3 – Can I mark an event in the calendar?

  1. Not directly, but if you have a Custom Design upgrade, you can hide the area via CSS.

  2. You should be able to do that with a Text widget.

  3. Not with the Calendar widget, but you can embed a Google Calendar following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/google-calendar/
