How can I access an old blog if the email address is expired?

Hi, an email address used to set up an old blog has been deactivated. As I cannot remember the password for the blog and need an email reminder, I’m stumped. It is for

You will need to be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access it. In this case your can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
and if required click the “Need More Help” link and complete the form for account recovery. -
Thanks timethief, you’ve given me hope! However when I visit the lost password page link that you sent, I can’t seem to find a “Need More Help” link, only the “Guide to resetting your password”….
