    Hello!

I would like to reactivate the account for this website (nykysuomalainenpakanapappi.wordpress.com) that I made in 2016.
Unfortunately I seem to have lost the login details.

I am posting from the username @amandakaura, that I was able to login to. On this username I founded a site (http://taivastenlaakso.wordpress.com) that I never worked on.

I do not remember the login details to the specific blog I want to work on now, since it is not registered under the username @amandakaura.

I need to know which username/email address I was using when I created https://nykysuomalainenpakanapappi.wordpress.com/.

I bought the domain http://www.nykysuomalainenpakanapappi.com from Namecheap-services in 2016, but it was discontinued later after I stopped making payments for it.

    Thank you for your assistance!

For security reasons, we cannot disclose any account identifying information.

If you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

    https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

If you don’t have a transaction ID, just enter some random numbers to bypass that check.

You can read more about what the account recovery process entails here:

    https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

    I hope that helps!

    Thanks for your response!

I actually tried filling out that form already, but I got stuck on the transaction key, because the program found that the number I provided was not acceptable as a transaction ID. It would not let me send the form.

Would it be possible to send a recovery email to the address that is associated with that domain? Most likely it would appear in one of my email accounts, and I would be able to access the page in that way, without you disclosing any information.

Thank you for your quick response and assistance!

    Hello there,

Many thanks for reaching back out.

Would it be possible to send a recovery email to the address that is associated with that domain?

We wouldn’t be able to divulge what that email is.

Can you remember or are you aware of any and all email address that may be in use with WordPress.com?
