How can I access my blog when I keep getting Internal Server Error?

I updated my plugins today and I think that I made a mistake by changing my blog website from http://www.newbuffaloblog.com to (email visible only to moderators and staff). Now I can’t get into my blog, all I get is Internal Server Error. How do I correct this?

To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/ Your webhost’s support team is another good resource.
