How can I access my old blog posts if my domain name expired?

    I registered charminglyhealthy.com back in 2011 and let the domain name expire after a couple years. I would like to re-register and, most importantly, access my old blog posts. I used WordPress as my platform. Can you please help me access my old blog posts?

    Hi Bridget,

    charminglyhealthy.com is available for registration. You can register the domain for your new WordPress.com site here:

    https://wordpress.com/domains

    However, I don’t see that charminglyhealthy.com has ever been used on WordPress.com. Did you previously have a self-hosted site running the software from WordPress.org?

    If you still have an export backup from the old site, I can help you import it onto your WordPress.com site — but without that export I don’t have away to get your old posts back. Unless your old site was using another name?
