how can I activate my email address?

    I have followed the link in the email I received but it comes up saying ‘invalid activation key’.

    I have tried to click ‘resend email’ in the login/dashboard section of my wordpress account but I do not receive another email.

    I notice a number of other users have had the same problem but cannot see any solution being posted. I would try my other email addresses but they are already linked to other wordpress pages I do not want associated with my account in question.

    Please help :) I would love to start using my shiny new page/account but seem to be stuck in no-mans land!

    Will you confirm the URL starting with http:// for the blog is or the name of the blog _______.wordpress.com

    Do you have more than one WordPress.com username?
    If so what are they?

    In order to log-in one must be logging in as Admin under the exact same username that registered the blog in question.

    Same problem here!

    Finally I tried the Resend Activation Mail-Button at the ‘Trouble Activating?’ advice on the Support Site. But there only appears an 0 in a light red frame.

    I’d really appreciate your help!
