How can I activate my new theme that I purchased?

  I purchased the Fresh News Premium Theme for 45$. I downloaded it but my old theme is still showing up when you look at my blog. The new theme says that it’s activated but it doesn’t show up anywhere on my dashboard. I’m starting to get mad because I emailed customer service 7 hours ago and I haven’t received a reply. I NEED HELP!!!!!! I just want my new theme to be activated it shouldn’t be this difficult.
