How can I activate the Like feature on my blog?

    My Like feature has all but disappeared. I can not “Like” other posts. I get a message with “Like” grayed out with the word “Loading” When I visit a new blog site the “Like” option at the top of the page has disappeared. I get notifications from others who “Like” my posts, but I can not “Like” other posts on other sites.
