how can I ad a opt-in box on my blog

  I would like to know how to ad a optin box on my blog, using an html code.

  When I put the html code, the box is not working.

  Using blogger.com I dont have this problem.

  If you know how to do it, I will be very glad if you let me know.

  WordPress.com blogs can’t use iframes and similar code, for security reasons. The only option we have is the Contact Form. If that doesn’t work for you, you can always link off WP.com to a separate page hosted elsewhere that has your opt-in.
