How can I add a buy now button for my book on my wordpress.com site?

  I cannot access or add any plug-ins on my site, including a buy now button. I recently tried to make a button through paypal and added the code for it directly into my site, but this did not work. Would changing the domain help? I am in the process of doing this, but I was told I need to know my “site IP address.” Is this any different from my own IP address? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

  We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org. You can find out more about this topic here: http://support.wordpress.com/plugins/
