How can I add a custom form to my blog?

  How do I add the HTML/Javascript onto my site that contains a form that stores submissions to a separate system?

  I have an email system that allows me to set up my blog update emails automatically and on a regular schedule – so I can keep all of my metrics and opt-outs together.

  I tried putting Text on the side of my blog, then insert the HTML there — but the form HTML gets pulled out.

  How can I do this??
