how can I add a domain email to my domain name website

I have a WordPress.com blog/website and upgraded to purchase my domain name with WordPress. I have a gmail account linked to it so when someone contacts me from the website it goes to the (email visible only to moderators and staff) addy. Now I would like to create a (email visible only to moderators and staff) email to link to the site and can’t find instructions to do this. Any help is appreciated.
