How can I add a feedback form in my blog

In my blog, I’d like to create a feedback form with fields Name, E-mail and contact address to be dropped. How can I do it?

Unfortunately you can’t with the setup that we have. This would require a plugin that we can’t install as we are on a shared environment.

Best bet (probably!) is to create a page with contact details on it. Don’t leave a live email address though, spambots will pick it up fairly quickly and flood your mailbox.

    Fake it like this:

    joeblog ( at ) somedomain ( dot ) tld

There’s a quick image creator that we’ve discussed in the past here in teh forums. I’m sure Timethief will mention the link when she sees this thread.

Some of the themes do have a contact form built in as a page template. I think either Blix or Regulus is the one that comes to mind. I think engtech covered this when he did his reviews. When you write a page, there’s a tab on the right hand side labeled Page Templates. Just create an empty page with the Contact form (or whatever it’s called for that theme) selected.

    Hope this helps,

Here are links to some email address image generators:

    (2) Here is the link to an email address generator that doesn’t have to be Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc. thus it can be useful for those with their own websites.
