How can I add a form to my site?

I’d like to use wordpress.com to build a really simple website made up of pages. But I do need to be able to create a form on one of the pages as well. Is there a way for me to do this? I don’t have any knowledge of html or coding so preferably adding a form wouldn’t need me to do anything too complex.

It really depends on what you mean by a form. If it’s a contact form, there’s a shortcode for that and it’s really simple: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
Any other forms would probably not work as they’d need code behind them to process the submitted information and that’s not possible on WordPress.com blogs.
