  Hello, we can’t really install plugins on WordPress.com.

  Perhaps you’re thinking about self-hosted version of WordPress?

  While we can’t integrate a forum into WordPress.com sites, you could set up a forum on an independent 3rd party service and link to it from your site’s navbar using a Custom Menu.

  Thank you for the answer.
  I found out that one we could instal a pluggin for bbPress…
  bbPress is a forum software built the WordPress way.
  They say Simply log in to your WordPress admin area and go to Plugins » Add New
  But I don’t find the plugins button.
