How can I add a guest blogger to write their post

So i’ve got some guest bloggers that are interested in writing for me but instead of them writing the post and passing it over to me to publish, I wanted them to write it up their selves so they can have control of the way it looks. How can I go about doing this?

You can add your guest bloggers to your WordPress blog through your Dashboard. Go to your Dashboard and click on ‘Users’ –> ‘Invite New’ then complete the required fields to invite your guest bloggers.
You can give your guest bloggers ‘Roles’ which will allow them to carry out certain actions on your blog. There are four roles that you can assign : Administrator, Editor, Author, and Contributor. Find out more about user roles.
It sounds like you want to give your guest bloggers the role of ‘Author’, an author can edit, publish and delete their posts, as well as upload files/images. Authors do not have access to modify, add, delete, or publish pages.
