How can I add a LIKE button to Facebook as part of my post

    I´ve seen in many post they are adding a plugin within the post to invite to follow in facebook only by clicking a button (not being re-directed to facebook). I would like to add it but I dont know how. (And I dont mean the button on the footeror on teh side bar), i want it in the middle of a post.
    I´ve tried to paste the diferent codes that facebook has given me (HTML5, iframe, url – from https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/like-button
    but it doesnt work.
    (IM using wordpress online).

    It is not possible to install plugins on WordPress.com, for security reasons. Plugins can only be installed on self-hosted WordPress blogs. If you are wondering how WordPress.com differs from WordPress.org, this support article explains the distinction:

    In regard to your site options for Facebook, you should check out the following support document:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-integration/

    If these options are not satisfactory, you may need to move your site to a self-hosted, WordPress.org instance.
