How can I add a link to my blog’s main page?

How can I add a link (specifically, a link to one of my blog’s “Pages”) to the top of my blog’s main page?
I tried searching Google, but what I got wasn’t that helpful. I do think I remember something about editing default headers and footers somewhere, but I’m not sure where I saw that.
My front page is currently all my latest blog posts. The theme I’m using is Franklin, and I have a paid account.
Thanks..
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

To add a link to a specific Page at the top of your blog while using the Franklin theme, you need to access the Menu settings within your WordPress.com Customizer. Since you have a paid account, navigate to Appearance > Customize and look for the Menus tab; from there, you can create or edit your “Primary” or “Header” menu and click Add Items to select the specific Page you want to link. Once you select the Page, it will appear as a link at the very top of your site, even if your homepage is set to show your latest posts. Franklin is a classic theme, so if you don’t see the “Menus” option there, you can also manage this by going to Appearance > Menus in your dashboard, where you can drag and drop your “Pages” into the menu structure and save it to the “Primary Menu” location.

Hi there!
To add a link to the menu/navigation,
1. Login to your WordPress.com Dashboard
2. Go to Appearance > Menus
3. Select Primary menu on top
3. Add the Menu item here for the page and Save.
This should add the link to the page to the Navigation.
Tip: You change change the Navigation Label to a different one (a shorter one that looks good on menu) than the Page/Post title.
