How can i add a navaigation bar at the top

    How can i add a navigation bar at the top of the blog below header:
    I want to include the following menus in the navigation bar:
    *Home
    *Subscribe
    *Unsubscribe
    *Aricles.

    Please help me..

    we don’t have navigation bars except the one wp.com supplied for us in assistance to dashboard. for the ones you want, i think it’s possible to make with pages. to create a page go to dashboard, select write and under it select write page.
