How can I add a new plug-in into my Dashboard

  Hi
  I want to add a new slider pug-in into my WordPress Dashboard to support better gallery & carousel image sliders.

  I don’t see a way to do this. These are two examples of new plug-ins that I want to install to test out.

  You cannot install any plugins into any wordpress.COM hosted sites. You are confusing wordpress.com hosted sites with wordpress.org software installs on paid hosting. For that type of functionality, you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service. See: Moving to self hosted wordpress https://move.wordpress.com

  At present there is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.
