    Hello!
    You can add a new user by sending them an invite — here’s the guide you can follow:

    Also, if you want to learn more about the different user roles you can assign (like Administrator, Editor, Author, etc.), check this out too:

    Once they accept the invitation, they’ll be added to your site with the role you selected.

    To add a new user with a new email address in WordPress, follow these steps :

    1. Log In to Your WordPress Admin Dashboard

    Go to your WordPress login page (typically yourwebsite.com/wp-admin) and log in with your admin credentials.

    2. Navigate to the Users Section

    On the left sidebar, click on “Users” and then select “Add New”.

    3. Fill in the User Details

    You will be presented with a form to enter the details for the new user :

    • Username : Enter a unique username for the user.
    • Email : Enter the new user’s email address.
    • First Name : (Optional) Enter the user’s first name.
    • Last Name : (Optional) Enter the user’s last name.
    • Website : (Optional) Add the user’s website URL if applicable.
    • Password : Click the “Show password” button to generate a strong password, or enter your own password. You can also select the option to send the user their password via email.
    • Role : Choose the user’s role (Subscriber, Contributor, Author, Editor, Administrator). For a new user, you might want to assign them a Subscriber role to give basic access.

    4. Send the User Their Credentials (Optional)

    If you want the new user to receive their login credentials via email, ensure the “Send User Notification” box is checked. WordPress will automatically send them an email with their username and password.

    5. Click “Add New User”

    Once all the information is entered and verified, click the “Add New User” button to save the user. After the User is Added :

    • The new user will receive an email with their login details (if you selected the notification option).
    • They can now log in to your WordPress site with the credentials you provided.

    If you need to assign additional permissions or roles after creating the user, you can always go back to Users > All Users, locate the user and edit their information or role.
