How can I add a newsletter on my blog

Hi I have a free blog with wordpress, the king with free hosting.
Can I still add a newsletter on my blog ? I don’t have the possibility in my widgets, but can I add it in the css code ?Thanks in advance,

My suggestion then would be to make a contact form using the contact form short code as outlined here. You can put an introduction on that page telling people to put “subscribe to newsletter” or something like that in the body. Two suggestions: Paste the “contact form” code into the HTML tab. It seems to work more consistently. Second, disable comments on that page so it does not confuse the visitors.

What it does is give people a way to sign up for your newsletter. I forgot to say to make it a “page” and not a post. If you want the announcement to be prominent on your blog, you can put a text widget with “Click here to subscribe to my newsletter” and a link to your “subscribe to my email” contact page.
