How can I add a permanent image to my homepage?

  I am using the blissful blog free theme and want to add an image similar to the format of the theme preview. How can I do this? Thank you.

  Blissful Blog provides the ability to upload a Custom Header Image above (or in place of) your site’s title and description. The Custom Header can be set in Appearance -> Header.

  Your header image should be at least 920 pixels wide. Suggested width is 920 pixels. Suggested height is 160 pixels. See here http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/custom-header-image/#uploading-a-custom-header-image
