How Can I add a Post-Purchase RT for Future Discount System?

  I’ve seen it before in ecommerce where on the conversion page, there are like and share buttons that automatically provide the shopper with a discount on future purchases. I know how I would do it manually but is there a plugin I can use to do that automatically?

  Also is there a way to have a retweet ready for the shopper so that all he has to do is click a button via our WP store?
