How can I add a post to my page?

  I want to create a Review page on my blog and periodically add different posts to the page reviewing different things. I read the support about creating a menu, but I really have no idea what I am doing. I would also like to post on the other pages I have. Does anyone have an idiots guide to help me?

  You don’t do it using pages, you do it using categories: you file each post under the appropriate category, and you add those categories to a custom menu you’ll create. Details on custom menus here:
