How Can I Add a Post/Page to My Custom Menu Tab?

I have set up my page with all of the menus and sub menus that I want. My issue is that I now want to know how to add specific pages or posts (I know there is a difference, I am just not sure which would work here) to the corrisponding menu.
Example: I have a “recipes” menu tab, I want to know how to make a vegan burrito post be visible when someone clicks on the “recipes” tab.

It sounds like using categories may be a good fit for your needs. By categorizing each of your posts, you can create category pages so that each of your posts about a certain topic, such as recipes, can be viewed on their own page, i.e. a “Recipes” page.
