How can I add a registration form?

  As far as I can tell, I cannot add plugins to my site, but is there another way I can make an online registration page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can create a customized contact form >http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
  You cannot create a membership site on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. To do that you need to hire a web host and set up your own WordPress.org install. Please read this comparison so you are clear on the differences > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If what you want is to allow people to register for an event, I suggest using Eventbrite or Meetup.com. They both provide you with pages you can create such forms on, and I believe both handle payment collection as well. Just link to them from your blog.

  I did, but the amount of fields are limited to 9, I have well above that number.

  Then I suppose your only choice is to create a registration form somewhere online and link to it from your blog like raincoaster suggested above.
