How can I add a thumbnail for each News headline?

On our site, we have a News feed that just displays text. We would like to relocate it to the centre of the page to make it more prominent. To add to this, we would like to have a small related thumbnail to the LHS of each title. Is there a way to achieve this and if so, would anyone be able to guide me please?
Longer term, I’m looking at replacing the main page and considering Elementor Page Builder (https://wordpress.org/plugins/elementor/). So not sure if I should make the move 1st if its not straight forward?

Thanks for writing to us. The site you’ve mentioned doesn’t actually use our managed hosting environment though.
Instead, https://www.stnicholas-at-wadewithsarrepc.kentparishes.gov.uk/ is set up on the open source WordPress.org software. Help for that comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
