How can i add an image to my first page?

Can someone please tell my how I can add a PICTURE on my index page, if you visit thegoaliepimp.com – you will see in the centre of the page, it pos’t my blog articles, which I have not yet published. I want to have a Picture in the centre with my blog article below it. Basically, I want to shift down the Article Frame to add Picture. How is this possible?

It’s one company, but two separate kinds of software. And http://reputablesearchengineoptimization.wordpress.com/ is definitely DOA here. You’ll want to host that externally.
