How can i add an .php file to my wordpress.com???

hi guys i have i signed up for an text-link-ads program….n its providing me the code in the form of an .php form..and im not able to embed that .php in to my blog(www.bratsbackyard.wordpress.com)……can someone help me out in resolvin my problem…thanks..cheers!

To do that you’d need access to template files that we can’t access on WordPress.com. So it’s not possible, and we aren’t allowed to place text ads in our blogs at any rate; doing so will just get your blog suspended.

then how r people earnin money using blogs if they are not allowed to place ads on their blogs?

All blogs hosted on WordPress.com are noncommercial blogs; using them to transact business, directing people to third party sites, or placing ads, is against the Terms of Service. If you want to advertise, you’re better off going the self-hosted route using WordPress.org software; you don’t have the same limitations.
http://wordpress.org/Also, there is talk of a paid upgrade to allow some ads like Adsense on WP.com blogs in the future, but no one knows when that will be. It’s in the link below under “advertising”. Realistically your only two options are to wait for the upgrade, or to self-host with .org software.
