How can I add and Brazilian domain?

  Dear sir/madam,

  I am having some problems adding the domain http://www.lanofrai.com.br is there anything I can do to have it functional? I can’t even find a place to pay for this domain.

  Here is the test I had done to check the DNS. Seems to work pretty fine.
