how can I add another widget??

  For some reason my blog will only allow me to drag 3 widgets into the sidebar – how can I add more? Everything I’ve read says we can have 9 – but how can I add another? Does it have to do with my theme??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
