How can I add back my Posts page to my custom menu?

  I am using the custom menu feature for my theme and wanted to change the posts page from “home” to “blog.” I then wanted to use my “about” page as my front page. Unfortunately, I have somehow lost my posts/blog page. Please help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
